With nearly 20 years of experience leading Fortune 500 organizations through transformational change, Jeff combines sharp operational expertise with a deeply human-centered approach. As Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Forward Real Estate, he is the power and heart behind the brand’s next chapter—focused on building systems that serve people and businesses with greater purpose.

 A Six Sigma Black Belt, John Maxwell Certified Coach, and graduate of Texas A&M in Industrial Distribution, Jeff has delivered over $300 million in measurable value throughout his career—leading strategic initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and coaching executives across the U.S. and Canada. During his tenure at McKesson, he served as a trusted advisor to the EVP/CFO and senior leaders, helping reshape operations and culture from the inside out.

 But Jeff’s ultimate mission has always been simple: build better systems so people can spend more time where it counts—with the ones they love.

 Having relocated his own family across state lines multiple times during his corporate journey, Jeff understands the complexity and emotion behind major moves. It’s what drives his passion for simplifying process, removing friction, and designing solutions that honor both time and trust. He doesn’t cut corners. He holds a high standard. And he leads with a servant heart and contagious optimism.

 Now back in the Texas Hill Country, Jeff is excited to raise his kids with the same values he grew up with—hard work, humility, gratitude, and a deep appreciation for family. He’s been married to his best friend, Kate, for 13 years, and together they’re raising their two kids: Haven (11, going on 21) and Luke (9, leader in training), along with two beloved dogs. Their home is filled with backyard adventures, real conversations, and the kind of grounded joy that comes from doing life on purpose.

 When he’s not mapping workflows or developing leaders, you’ll find Jeff in the garage with a table saw, under the hood of an engine, or in the yard pushing his beloved reel mower across perfectly straight lines. A regular Yard of the Month sign-winner and cornhole aficionado, Jeff takes real pride in making things beautiful—inside and out. A lifelong drummer, former soccer player, and the guy who always whistles while he works, he has a way of lifting spirits and bringing calm to any room.

 He’s known for one simple, genuine question he asks almost everyone he meets:
“What was the best part of your day?”

Jeff joined the company to partner with his sister and founder, Tiffany Stevens Allbritton, uniting their shared vision for building a business grounded in purpose, legacy, and service.
