Meet Kristina

Kristina is the heartbeat of our contract-to-closing process at Forward Real Estate. Since 2013, real estate has been more than just a job for her—it’s her passion. With experience in everything from selling homes to leading teams, she’s now the mastermind behind keeping every transaction on track as our Transaction Coordinator.

Kristina thrives on the details, ensuring every step from contract to closing runs like clockwork. She’s the glue that holds it all together, working closely with our agents, clients, lenders, title companies, appraisers, inspectors, and everyone in between. Whether it’s staying ahead of deadlines, keeping compliance in check, or making sure our clients know what’s next before they even ask—Kristina’s got it covered. Her goal? To take the stress off our clients' plates so they can focus on packing, planning, and getting excited for what’s ahead.

Beyond the office, Kristina is all about family and staying active. She and her amazing husband, Ken, along with their two incredible kids, love spending time together—whether it's family game nights, hiking trails, or mountain biking adventures. She’s also passionate about fitness and finds joy in connecting with friends and small groups that inspire her.
